Sankara Dinavahi, MD, completed his residency in internal medicine at Sisters of Charity Hospital in Buffalo, New York, where he served as Chief Resident in his post-graduate year III. He also completed an internship in pathology at Sisters of Charity Hospital. He received his medical degree from Andhra University in Visakhapatnam, India.�
Dr. Dinavahi has practiced medicine in Hernando County since 1983. His practice has been located on the campus of Oak Hill Hospital since December of 1993. He is affiliated with Oak Hill Hospital where he has served in several leadership positions: Chairman of the Department of Medicine, Chief of the Medical Staff, and is currently a member of the Board of Trustees.�
Dr. Dinavahi speaks English and new adult patients are always welcome.
